multispecialty integrated health care delivery system serving
patients for over 130 years. Opportunity to have a fulfilling

hospitalist team and deliver quality, compassionate care to
patients in the postacute care program. Currently have 7 providers
managing six skilled nursing facilities. Flexible schedule.
