Description: 20 bed Cardiothoracic ICU serving cardiac and thoracic
surgical patients. Providing critical care nursing. Collaboration
with interdisciplinary teams. Ensuring excellence in patient care
and safety. Monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
Implementing and evaluating patient care plans. Maintaining
effective communication with patients and families. Demonstrating a
