Job Title: Registered Nurse Cardiovascular ICU Job Specialty: Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification, CPI/MOAB High Risk Must-Have: Experience in cardiac and thoracic surgical intensive care Job Description: - Work in an 18-bed cardiac and thoracic surgical intensive care unit. - Utilize the Cerner documentation system for patient records. - Adhere to the dress code requiring ceil blue scrubs. - Maintain a high standard of care for patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic procedures. - Follow protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and effective care delivery. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. - Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Participate in ongoing education and certification requirements as needed.
