Shift: 5x8-Hour Days, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Guaranteed
Hours: 40 hours/week On-Call: Every 4th week, including one weekend
(call only) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Echo
Registered Sonographer to join a dedicated cardiology team for a
20-week assignment. The ideal candidate is registered with ARDMS
(RDCS) or CCI (RCS) and skilled in a wide range of echocardiography
procedures. Responsibilities: - Perform transthoracic
echocardiograms (TTEs), transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), and
intra-operative TEEs - Support and perform exercise and dobutamine
stress tests - Utilize contrast agents (e.g., Definity) - Operate
Philips Epiq ultrasound machines - Document exams using Cerner EHR,
SkyView PACS, and Ascend reporting Requirements: - Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac
Sonographer) or - RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) via CCI -
Minimum of 1 year of recent, relevant experience in cardiac
sonography - Proficiency in advanced echo techniques including
stress testing and TEEs Additional Details: - Charting Systems:
