Delivery Registered Nurse – Kansas Start Date: February 16, 2026
Location: Wichita, Kansas Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM;
12-hour shifts with self-scheduling options Highlights: 26-bed
Labor & Delivery unit with a collaborative team nursing approach
Patient ratios: 1:1 for high-risk labor and C-sections; 1:2 for
antepartum, PPROM, and postpartum on mag; 1:3 for outpatients EMR
systems include CPN Gold and Meditech; equipment includes Alaris
pumps, PCA pumps, and Monica Novii telemetry Strong leadership team
with floor experience; many tenured nurses with 20-40 years of
experience OB Hospitalist program providing attending support to
residency and triage teams Self-scheduling available, promoting
work-life balance and staff satisfaction Requirements: Active RN
license in Kansas or compact state license Minimum 2 years of Labor
& Delivery experience required Experience circulating C-sections is
required High-risk Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
