Children's Mental Health Hospital, Wichita KS Starting Pay:
$32.50–$37.00 per hour (Based on Experience & Education) $2,500

Mental Health is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to join our caring,
multidisciplinary team. In this vital role, you will provide direct
patient care, lead and mentor staff, and ensure a safe, supportive
environment for children and adolescents receiving mental health
treatment. What You’ll Do: Supervise and coordinate patient care
activities on your assigned shift Lead and mentor licensed and
non-licensed nursing staff Participate in staff development and
performance evaluation Provide direct, compassionate care to
children and adolescents Represent management and administration in
their absence Monitor program safety and lead crisis response as
needed What We Offer: Starting Pay: $32.50–$37.00 per hour, based
on experience and education $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in four
installments during your first year Shift Differentials: $3.00/hour
for weekday evenings/overnights, $5.00/hour for weekend
evenings/overnights Comprehensive Benefits Package , including:

Education: Associates degree in nursing required. BSN preferred.
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of
Kansas Experience: At least 2 years of psychiatric nursing
experience or ANCC certification in psychiatric nursin Must be at
least 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical,
