Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days -
Employment Type: Local Contract About the unit: - Number of Beds -
CPCU - 14 beds, PCU- 14 beds - EMR – Meditech and Midas Must have:
- RN or Licensed social worker - HCA Hospital experience Preferred
or nice to have: - Midas and HCA case management experience List
typical procedures performed on unit(s): - Case management
assessment - Discharge planning Best personality Fit: - Flexible,
this is a very busy, fast paced environment that is constantly
changing
