Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead
BCBA/Clinical Director based in Wichita, KS, with some
work-from-home flexibility. The Lead BCBA/Clinical Director will
oversee clinical supervision and support the delivery of behavioral
health services. Responsibilities include designing and
implementing behavior intervention plans and assessments,
supervising and mentoring team members, collaborating with families
and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable medical
and psychological standards. The role requires a commitment to
providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
that align with the organization's mission and values.
Qualifications Background in Behavioral Health Proficiency in
Clinical Supervision and developing behavior intervention plans
Understanding of Medicine as it relates to behavioral health and
therapy Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational
skills Certified and in good standing as a Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) Experience working with individuals with Autism
Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
Passionate about working with children and families. Proficient in
the various assessment methods
