Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg team on a per diem (PRN) basis. This
individual will provide top-tier patient care in a dynamic and
supportive environment. Our MedSurg unit is committed to delivering
comprehensive, patient-centered care that helps patients recover
from surgical procedures or manage complex medical conditions. At

settings. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a
MedSurg setting. Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize
patient outcomes. Administer medications, monitor patient recovery,
and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Maintain
accurate patient records and participate in continuing education to
enhance nursing knowledge and skills. Provide emotional support to
patients and their families. Strong clinical skills in a MedSurg or
acute care setting Ability to work flexibly across different shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse license in the state of practice BLS Certification ACLS
Certification preferred
