A highly respected physician-driven surgical hospital in Kansas is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their collaborative anesthesia team due to continued growth and surgical expansion.

Scheduling Examples:

The team values work-life balance and has created a schedule structure designed to support provider flexibility while still maintaining strong clinical coverage.

Current scheduling examples include:

• 4x10 schedules
• 5x8 schedules
• Rotating weekday off for 4x10 providers
• Ability to align scheduled days off adjacent to vacations when possible
• Early-out rotation when cases finish early
