Full-Time~ Eligible. Part-Time~ Not Eligible. Reports To:
Restaurant’s Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef Work Schedule: Varied,
flexible, evenings and weekends required. Full-Time positions work
35-40 hours per week. Part-Time positions hours are based on
availability. Summary of Role: - Line Cooks work throughout a lunch
or dinner service to properly and efficiently prepare all dishes
ordered. This is done while professionally communicating with
colleagues, maintaining station cleanliness, and following food
safety practices. - Dishwashers are vital members of our kitchen
team who ensure the cleanliness and organization of all tableware,
pots, pans, cooking and food prep tools, etc. Dishwashers perform
physically demanding work in a hot, humid work environment. What’s

within our company Key Responsibilities, Cook : Follow food safety
and cleanliness procedures at all times Keep your assigned station
and equipment clean, sanitized and orderly during your shift Safely
operate your assigned station and equipment; report any functional
or mechanical problems to a manager immediately Execute daily food
prep in an accurate & timely manner according to recipes and
direction Set up and stock assigned line station accurately and
efficiently Remain in your station preparing all food ordered
throughout assigned shift Constant attention to food quality,
preparation quality, and plate presentation. Maintain ticket time
consistency Communicate professionally & efficiently with
colleagues Perform all side duties and cleaning duties as assigned
Perform additional duties related to kitchen operations as assigned
by managers What we need from you, Cook : 1-2 years of previous
high-volume restaurant kitchen experience preferred Ability and
willingness to move quickly, efficiently and safely through the
kitchen Strong work ethic to execute demanding physical and mental
work under pressure Positive attitude that remains consistent under
pressure Key Responsibilities, Dishwasher : Scrub and spray, send
through dish machine and unload all dirty dishes Operate the spray
gun which shoots hot water at a high velocity Learn the storage
place & put away all clean tableware, pots, pans, cooking tools,
etc Keep the dish room and equipment clean and orderly during your
shift Safely operate the dish machine; report any functional or
mechanical problems to a manager immediately Monitor dish machine
temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle
Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures at all times Handle
all wares and equipment safely and carefully to prevent breakage
Perform all side duties and cleaning duties as assigned Perform
additional duties related to kitchen operations as assigned by
managers What we need from you, Dishwasher : Ability to move
quickly, efficiently and safely through the kitchen Strong work
ethic to execute demanding work under pressure Positive attitude
that remains consistent under pressure Physical Demands: Ability to
be on your feet & standing up to 8 hours Ability to reach & lift
above the head as needed Ability to lift, carry and move items up
to 60 lbs Ability to squat, bend, and twist your body as needed
Ability to function in a work environment that is hot, loud, in
tight spaces with colleagues, contains wet and slippery surfaces
Ability to work near and interact with hot cooking surfaces and
equipment including but not limited to the grill, gas burners,
fryers, ovens, toasters, etc
