This role focuses on fostering new relationships and maintaining existing ones with businesses of all sizes, providing them tailored uniform and facility services. Our ideal candidate will excel in engaging new prospects, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business. Identify and engage potential new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exploring upselling opportunities Develop detailed proposals and sales presentations for prospective and existing clients Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Represent UniFirst positively during all client interactions and industry events Gather market and customer information to feedback to the team for strategy development Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Adept at managing multiple clients and meeting deadlines Capable of working independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar) is preferred but not required
