LPN must be IV certified BLS certified Read telemetry Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CRRN Certification Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute setting ACLS certified within 90 certified List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team Lab draws, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed, head to toe assessments, Best personality Fit: Enjoys educating patients and family members on care plan/rehabilitation program Good communication skills Empathetic and patient advocate Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
